We opened in 2007 to bring 이조곰탕 — genuine Korean bone broth — to Las Vegas, a city that had never tasted anything quite like it.

Gomtang (곰탕) starts with shin, thigh, and bone simmered low and slow until the broth turns milky and rich — a technique rooted in 18th-century Korean royal cuisine.
